That explains it then. I remember going to BW3s like 20 years ago and thinking it was pretty good. I went a couple years ago and thought it was complete crap. Either, the wing places got much better (ie...Pluckers, etc) or Arby's f-ed it up.

I was with a few friends that drive for DoorDash on the side and asked them "what restaurant is the worst to pick up from?" Without hesitation they answered Buffalo Wild Wings.

I like going to our local Arby's and it it about once every month or two.

They have the best burgers of restaurants in that same class.
I like their gyros and other sandwiches.
Excellent curly fries and other sides.

Never, ever crowded.
