It has been a long week.

Had a new employee quit after 2 days. He said he wasn't mentally or physically prepared to due the work that was required.

Looking forward to 5 p.m.

been dealing with this a lot over the last 4-5 years looking for warehouse help. In our interviews and job opening advertisements, we REPEATEDLY say that's it's manual labor. A lot of walking. Picking up heavy items repeatedly. Out in the elements. And still have a lot quit after just a few days because "they weren't prepared"

What blows me away is I am 59 years old and can outwork half the people that apply for a job here.
