My first experiment with pasta madre bread is in the fridge for overnight proofing. We'll see how it goes tomorrow.

Also making ciabatta so I have some sandwich bread.

I won improbably my fantasy football matchup last night even though I stupidly did not sign a backup kicker. My kicker had a bye this week. Taco would be so ashamed of me.

  • I didn't sleep well thanks to Prada barking at absolutely nothing at 2 and 3AM
  • Just a little over two weeks before I transfer to another (local) site and division with work
  • Making the best of it by helping run this building's halloween party on Friday
  • Things are going well with the kids meeting my fiance - they like her and my ex is ok with everything
  • She'll be moved in probably around late next week

-Diet Coke and an everything bagel from Costco
- Attending a meeting for my boss this morning
-Otherwise looks to be a fairly quiet day.
-Bathroom remodel is almost done! Paint today. Not sure if walls and cabinets or just walls today. Just need the glass installed and we can start using the shower. Spent last night cleaning all the dust up.

Some of their changes are tracked, some aren't. I don't think it's malicious, but it's definitely sloppy.

There were two hooters outside my home office window last night. Theyhooted back and forth for about 15 minutes. One was a loud hooter. The other hooter was much softer. I hope they got together and smashed.
