Don't know what OP asked, but you can do what Priority Points hoors do and go to the event and immediately leave after you have been scanned in as attending. You don't have to actually commit time to it and stuff

Not how it works, the 12th Man priority points are based only on how much money you give through donations or ticket purchases.
