This dropped on this week. I haven't seen a lot of hype about it. I ended up bingeing it and finished it last night. It's a standard murder/mystery/drama series but the fact that it was set in Yosemite NP was the silent winner for me. It had some stunning visuals. I really enjoyed it.

Great suggestion! Nice limited series with a beginning middle and end….unlike yellow jackets which my wife continues to watch, a show that goes nowhere

We're watching it now. It's pretty good, and the scenery is amazing of course. The acting is hit or miss, with the main character (Eric Bana) and his exwife (Jill Bodwin) at the top, but the rookie ranger "from LA!" (Lily Santiago) near the bottom IMO. We'll definitely watch to the end.

It is beautiful but through 3 or 4 episodes its a bit of a slog. They're amping up the drama on Bana's backstory too much and it is slowing everything to a screeching halt.
Staff - take out the trash.

Beautiful show to watch. Maybe they will do another season in another park. Glacier, Yellowstone, or Zion would be fun.

Watched the 1st episode. Not the worst, but so many eye roll moments. Not sure these are spoilers, but treating them as such anyways.

Out searching for the dropped beads....at night with a flash light and happens to find a single bead laying on a leaf that dropped 1000 feet from a cliff.

Or following a blood trail and sees a scratch on a rock that could only be a bullet ricochet which leads him right to the bullet buried in a tree.

Completely ridiculous

If you're upset by that I'd stop watching. Lots of needles in haystacks found in this one.

I thought it was very slow. Last few episodes were good but wife wanted to stop watching multiple times through.

It's pretty solid, on episode 4 so I'm committed to seeing it through. But yeah, after just binging Stranger Things seasons 3 and 4, it's pretty damn slow. Hard to stop watching though because it's so beautiful and solid enough of a story.

Its a fun show, Bana gives a great performance, and just amazing visuals the whole time.
Some of the action scenes were actually very well done too
