has anyone else got dominated? i know at least 7 or 8 guys from dunn (including myself) that have gotten it in different places on multiple cut days and it sucks hard

Hart has come across it once or twice. Both on the same day, either the second or third cut. Since then we haven't really encountered it.

Just keep your eyes peeled, I've had to step in and whack away a few fronds before sending people to clear some brush. Use your situational awareness.

I don't remember who's woods it was in, but some crew carried a log out that had a vine that went from the base to about 5 feet up...

I felt sorry for whoever's ears and shoulders were itching that night...

Yellows and chiefs be on the lookout, if nothing else, go google poison ivy, poison oak, and poison sumak and look at some pictures so you can identify it.

OC Woods. A lot of the thick vines on the trees are poison sumac.

Yeah a few of us in the Hogs got it pretty bad on first cut. I've made it out ok since then minus a few very small dots of it.

I see yall are talking about me. I guess that is flattering but if you want to prevent poison ivy if you got into it put liquid mineral spirits onto a cloth and wipe down the exposed areas. You will stink but not itch.

And dont worry I try to avoid work at all costs unless I get bored, want to create trouble, or some dip is about to drop a log onto a crew by not knowing how to use a Y stick.

Oh yeah and if a vine is going up a tree and looks hairy. It is poison ivy so grab it and put it down the shirt of your crew chiefs.

This has to be a lie. No way Dunn has 7 or 8 guys that don't suck.

You see guys, this is one of the many reasons why i didnt go out to cut this year.
