I'm close to making my donation to Student Bonfire for this year's activities. I wonder if it will be tax exempt this year.

Forgive my ignorance, but why is this needing to be done on a year to year basis? Has there been a change in the law?

91-- to the best of my knowledge, it has not been achieved in years past. the process is fairly tedious, but it sounds like they might be getting close to getting the application done.

I cant speak for recent developments, i know they were close not long ago. They had never been 501c status before now...
