I have an idea for a Catholic novel series that I've kicked around a few people in the Catholic media, and they've said it's a good idea and I should put pen to paper, but I've got way too much stuff going on.

Does anyone know of a good Catholic ghostwriter, or contacts that might be able to put me in contact with one?

That sounds like a really compelling ideaCatholic fiction has a lot of room to inspire and engage. If you're looking for a ghostwriter with a strong Catholic background, I'd recommend checking a few different places:
1. Catholic Writers Guild They have a directory of Catholic writers and editors, some of whom take on ghostwriting projects.
2. Catholic Freelancer Groups on LinkedIn or Facebook These can be great places to post inquiries and connect with professionals who understand the tone and theology you're aiming for.
3. Reedsy.com This platform connects authors with vetted ghostwriters, and you can filter by religion or genre preferences.
4. If you're working with anyone in Catholic media who liked the idea, they might also know someone directly or indirectly who ghostwrites or co-writes Catholic fiction.

Also, consider clarifying what you're looking for: just a ghostwriter to execute your outline, or someone who can help develop the narrative collaboratively. That'll help the search go smoother.

Best of luckit sounds like a project worth pursuing!

Thank you friend. I have reached out to Joe McClane who is a friend of the family as well as Catholic author Jim Sano who are putting me in touch with people

Hope and pray this works out for you. Michael O'Brien is my all time favorite Catholic author, and I would love to see some more like him. We need all the positive inspiration that Our Lord can give us. God bless you in this venture.

Michael O'Brien is the greatest. The Fr Elijah books are the best apocalypse novels in existence

My wife and I have read every book he's written. The way he nuances our Catholic Faith into his novels is sheer genius. I am half way through his latest novel, "Letter to the Future" and I highly recommend it.
I was thinking you might reach out to Ignatius Press about your venture, and see what might come from it. They are exemplary in their publishing.
