Democrats nuking confirmation process is what made all this possible.

Each party in majority can essentially appoint anyone they want with no moderating to get to 60 votes.

Only way to fight it is to appoint constitutionalists only. No moderates.

I'll just note again it is time to begin at least 5 impeachment articles vs. sitting federal Biden/Obama judges.

Oh, and notice TWENTY communist states now are worried about the federal government sharing database information between executive branch agencies as to fraud by illegal aliens they have long claimed doesn't exist, so they have filed litigation after forum shopping with Vince Chhabria in Northern California (another radical Obama judge from Berkeley law/San Francisco) to stop this horror from happening. Another communist Collins/Murk approved of (and even Lamar Alexander). Even Flake and McCain voted against him!

Never, ever vote for a Democrat. I think Margot is right, though, as to the longer-term game the Democrat-communists are playing being a losing one for them. The lawfare/pro-illegal aliens policies and violence will just empower Homan/more deportations, ultimately, even if they get more short-term propaganda wins from communists in judicial robes at the TC level.
