Trump: US will not subsidize the rest of the world's use of drugs. Americans will save up to 300, 400, 500, 600% on drugs. You know how The Donald does it.

You guys are really, really going to hate how the balance of the year goes on this front. It's the 250th birthday of the Country. Trump considers himself amongst the likes of Washington and Lincoln. Between the arch, the rebuild of the Kennedy center, commemorative coins, new treasury notes, and the gilding of the Trump-Washington Phallus of Democracy.

TrumpRx is just consolidating the cash pay options for some drugs, existing pricing Trump negotiated 1st term (Biden took credit) and other this's and that's.

It's kitschy but it gives a giggle to his supporters, trolls the haters, and should be nothing more than an eye roll for the rest.

For me its an eye roll, with a wee bit of giggle,

Socialism is what Canada and the Europeans employed to drive down pricing via socialized medicine and single payer.

Those companies told the drug makers you will pay X price or you will not sell Y drug in this country.

Trump employed capitalism. He told drug makes were are to be treated the same way as everyone else. If you do not treat us that way, then we will join the other countries in how they treat you.

Asking to be treated equally without the gubmit putting its finger on the scale is a pretty fundamental concept of capitalism.

It's government action in the allegedly free market to benefit society. That's socialism. You can rationalize it all you want. I didn't vote for more government. I voted for deportations, no more wars, draining the swamp, and Epstein.

You think the drug companies were engaged in free markets with how they charged the US versus others? In fact our dumb arse government was paying the premium disguised as free market whilst the socialist countries pretended for once to be capitalists and drive hard bargains.

TrumpRx is not socialism. Hell, half of it seems to be just a rebrand of other programs.

It's irrelevant what the companies are doing. This is socialism.

You shouldn't be using this stuff anyways. It's fake estrogen from pregnant horse. Premarin = pregnant mare urine, hence the name. Go get the real stuff, estriol (one of your body's natural estrogen hormone), from your doctor and get it filled at a compounding pharmacy. $50-60

It will solve the same problems and safer and healthier for you as well. Less chance of blood clots, stroke, cancer.than with Premarin

It smooths the wrinkles on my face and the smell reminds me of Gwyneth Paltrow.

I voted for Trump at least 3 times but this is just not acceptable!!

For those who care to use or need to use the site, it's a work in progress. Only 5 of the 17 makers are live and only 45 to 47 or so drugs available.

It either connects you through the site to the companies self pay program (like Lilly Direct for Zepbound) or gives you a GoodRx like coupon for you to take to a pharmacy.

It's a step towards better but it's not a final solution in the least.

And it's the epitome of free market as it peels back another layer in the criminal racket that is prescription drugs in the US of A.
