FAFSA - user error or system issue?

Unsuccessfully trying to complete the final / signature parent section of FAFSA.

Have tried over multiple days, however keep getting error message =>
"System is unable to complete this action"

Anyone else with same issue? Or should I assume user error on my end?

Ensure any pop-up blockers are turned off for the fafsa website and then make sure you restart the app. You also might try using a different browser.
