In the 90's we had Mr Bill for test prep in the big classes like bio, chem, etc. Is there an equivalent tutoring or prep class to that service in 2025?

4.0 and Go and Tutor John were both popular in the late 2000's-early 2010's along with A+ Tutoring. I saw numerous 4.0 and Go student employees get chased out of classrooms by profs for distributing flyers on desks between classes.

It seems like Spartan Tutoring is recommended for a lot of math and science courses.

I took it over a summer at Blinn and it transferred in to the A&M engineering school. Long time ago but seemed like a good option back then.

I can't say for sure, but I've heard that the College of Engineering has cracked down substantially on transfer credits, so OP, confirm that any credits will transfer prior to proceeding.
