We are looking for a dedicated Staff Accountant to join our corporate office in Houston.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and experienced Staff Accountant to support our growing business. The Staff Accountant will play a key role in managing daily accounting functions, including:

• Full-cycle Accounts Payable processing
• Preparing accounting reports for payroll tracking and analysis
• Reconciling General Ledger accounts and resolving discrepancies
• Completing and filing monthly Texas Sales Tax
• Supporting management with ad hoc reporting and projects and other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Prior accounting experience preferred
