I know you likely arent looking for league setup advice, but 10 teams and only 2 WR and 1 flex makes for a pretty boring league.

We used to have 3 receivers, with them being any combination of WR/TE and no Flex.

How is your favorite setup?

It's exactly how I do my league. (Well except for having 12 teams)
I know you young whippersnappers nowadays gotta have 2 QB's and 3 WR and 5 flex spots and 280-255 final scores lol but I like a simpler lineup. Puts more of a premium on selecting the right guys to start rather than just starting 4/5 of your roster

In 10 team, id make it 3 WR and 2 flex w/r/t.

Otherwise the value of a depth WR or RB is near zero so less likely to have trades.

I guess it depends on if you want the league to be largely done after the draft or more active.

Agreed that a 10 team does make for a giant free agent pool
But at the rate that injuries happen that's not a bad thing

Admittedly we don't have a lot of trades. But we're fine with that.
