Anyone here know anything about CRT displays?

I have, what I think I've identified as, a K4600 in a Pac-Man upright.

Getting this fun stuff (see pic). As it warms up the picture looks good, then it pops to green with the foldover.

I've been looking at neck boards, fly back transistors, and cap kits, but parts aren't exactly readily available anymore. I'm looking for diagnostic tips. I can rebuild the boards as much as needed, but at some point the $450 LCD replacement might be worth it. This is a functional machine still eating quarters at a bar.

I think I've identified it as a 4600. Cap kit came in Wednesday. Now to pull the boards.

Surely a few UCS bench veterans could advise you based on a thorough video of the internal boards.
