I have one of the Verizon internet cubes that I use at a second rural residence. This place is ~40 miles from my primary residence and has no other option for internet. It gets very limited use and is used only to power two cameras.

Verizon just sent me an email saying they noticed it wasn't at my primary residence and to contact them in the next week or they would be shutting it off or reducing speed. The speed isn't great but it's better than nothing.

Before I give them a call I wanted to check if anyone else has received similar.

I guess I could. This option is $35 month and hardware was free vs $50 and 500. Just using it for to camera so don't need overkill

Never mind - yeah, $500 in equipment plus $120/month is a bit much just for two cameras.

Change your mailing address to the remote site.
If you use cameras with local storage you probably can get by with a few gig a month. Some camera suppliers have low cost plans for their cameras. Think reolink has them.
Think my $15 tmobile prepaid has 2GB limit, but they change offerings often.

I've had a similar situation with my Verizon Internet Cube. They do monitor location, and sometimes they flag it if it's used far from the registered address. When I called, verizon customer service was helpful. They explained options for keeping it at a second property and avoiding service interruptions. I think it's worth giving them a call before they reduce speed.
