It was like watching NASCAR. Around and around she goes.

I've never used a trailer or small white dog to kill pigs. I bet that was crazy!

Where are you taking them? The train station?

White dog is Leroy. Neighbors dog. Grabs piglets by the nose and won't let go until you pull him off by the tail. He makes a bloody mess.

Unrelated to the OP's morning, but just curious since I've seen it twice in two days on some of y'alls posts on this board: Do you typically build hog traps right next to where you built your deer feeder pens?

Some of my (possibly incorrect) assumptions: 1. better to build hog trap and bait them near a known crossing/trail away from (or maybe on the way towards, but not right adjacent to) your deer feeders so the deer keep coming. OR 2. just build one large hog trap that is dual purpose.. deer can easily hop in and out to grab protein, but if hogs are around, bait them into a trap from which they cannot escape.

This is my neighbors trap. The first location near several trails didn't attract one visitor. After 4 weeks he moved it here. I wasn't happy at first for the reason you have, but the deer, turkey, dove, and everything else ain't bothered. As long as it traps 15 or so hogs a week, I'm happy.
