Anybody cut through the old pass in the dunes lately? Been a minute since I was down there. I'm planning on taking the kids down to Big Shell for some sea glass hunting on Thursday when the norther blows in and keeps us off the water.

Last time I drove Padre, maybe late Summer, it looked pretty soft and sandy. Ive fished Yarborough a few times this spring and dont recall seeing anyone coming in from the beach access. Just FYI.

It is still in pretty good shape, although you will appreciate 4 wheel drive getting past the dune section.

Saw a few trucks back there in Sept. when I ran through yarb by boat.

For sure tour wheel. Used to drag a 16' Carolina Skiff through there and camp where the old launch was. Just want to show my BIL and kiddos some history.
