Came home from church to huge pile of trash that some loser dumped on our property along a county road. I had to load 51 trash bags to get it all up. Too bad the dumbass that dropped wasn't smart enough to make sure they didn't leave any mail with names and address inside it - they have been reported to the illegal dumping site in my county. Hope the sheriff shows up at their door and fines the crap out of them - they passed the county dump site to get to mine.


I know cool story bro but really pissed me off - nothing worse than cleaning up someone else's trashy life

The unfortunate reality of what will probably happen...

Randall County has an officer dedicated to illegal dumping. They have been great about getting stuff cleaned up.

I'm always amazed at people who drive 10 miles to dump on my farm, when the city dump is free for city residents and cheap for county residents, and 1 mile from town

Had one idiot kid get paid by his grandad to dump a lot of stuff. Kid decided he would dump in the country and keep the dump fee. Stuff included a lot of grandads records with bank statements, tax returns, etc

County made him come clean up

I took them to the dump and paid the disposal fee - needed to get them up before the critters found it or it would have really been a mess

That's not what happens in our county. They get filed on and get some pretty hefty fines and community clean up duty.
They even use wi-fi cameras to monitor some problem county roads.
They take dumping and littering really serious in our little part of the Ozarks.

Why not just return the trash to the owner. Via their front yard, better if you drag your mower and spread it around.

I did this once. They were dumb enough to leave mail inside so I razor'd the bag open & found the address.

Hand wrote a note and taped it to the bag. Told them if I saw it again I was going to the SO. I left the bag (fortunately it was only one) on their mail box. Never saw trash dumped there again.

Pro tip: Use gloves when going through other peoples trash.

Because it's better to let them know law enforcement is watching.

In his case, he had to pick it up. I've been lucky that I had time to allow the county sheriff to contact them and have the offender pick it up.
