My coworker's daughter is looking at a possible move to CS to work for the University. She is a recent graduate of another school so still young however she would prefer not live somewhere that is mostly students. Does such an apartment exist or is it wishful thinking?

There are three complexes on/off Arrington Road in CS that are perfect for young professionals.
The apartments off of University east of the bypass are mostly recent grads, grad students, and young families.
The apartment at Century Square requires residents to be over 21 to avoid having a lot of undergrads there. Or at least they did when it opened. There are also some newer complexes in south College Station near Towerpoint.
ETA- I checked and it is still 21+ to live there.
