I've got a property out in Millican and im curious if anyone would need an office space and land for soemthing like a landscaping company or similar. Rent would be very cheap cause I just need help managing the property, and keeping the occasional pig under control..

Is the office space ready to go, or is it a build out?

its our old wedding venue.... we took a farm house and turned it into a small wedding venue but we wound up doing 500 people weddings.. We currently use it for storage, but im working on putting storage containers out there somewhere... Im a beekeeper and have a lot of boxes I store there...

I'd still be doing it except during covid, 5 new venues appeared on my road alone.

Any kind or garage or shop at the site ?

nope.. just a farmhouse with a HUGE deck.. thought it would make a decent office for some kinda landscaping business or something,.... some place that needs land for material storage.....

I dunno.. just thinking out loud.

couple of acres... there's actually more but im wanting to keep some back for bees and things...

wooded and cleared... depends on where..
