We too have our insurance with Rollo. We insure both our home in San Antonio and our Aggie house, plus our vehicles, with Rollo.

Rollo has been great for our family. We had several advisors over the years and all have been great.

Absolutely wonderful in my experience, as well as in the experience of some friends.

Rollo and Liere. Rollo I use, and Liere have heard nothing but good things about.

I personally find it to be cheaper to shop insurance myself instead of paying a broker to do it for me. But to each their own.

Haha...It all goes back to the relationship IMHO. My Rollo agent is accessible, knowledgeable, consultative, and makes the MANY things that are not obvious about that complicated industry, visible. Rollo agents are not corporate drones forced to play corporate games. They are sophisticated personal advisors that make this otherwise acrimonious part of life simple. To me, that is 100% a "wonderful" blessing.

anyone here left USAA for Rollo? Your results?

I left USAA for Liere and (literally) saved $7k on home/auto

If you want a relationship stay away from Liere. I was on the phone today asking about my policy, and the guy I was talking to told me they run customers like a factory on a conveyor belt. You can shop with them and by the time you figure out your policy you will probably have talked to at least 5 people.

I've had nothing but great experiences with Liere

My wife handles our insurance but I increasingly believe we are paying too much. She was looking to bundle cars, travel trailer, home in Bryan and some land 1 hour south of San Antonio.

She went w Germania years ago due to having a hard time finding an insurance company to cover all of our needs due to the land.

Would Rollo be an option to cover all of our needs? Currently adding a structure to the property down south and some equipment.
