Anyone in South College Station finding brown water filling up the toilet and coming out of the tap in the kitchen and bathrooms?

The City of CS or Wellborn Water may be flushing the lines or have a break nearby .

I might get banned suggesting reasons why brown water might be filling up a toilet.
I did finally and the water hydrant flushing is what they told me the cause was.
I just came here first since it's usually the best place for info.

That's why I made sure to mention the tap in the kitchen!!!
