I read something about Houston street being closed. Does that mean UCG is not a parking option for tomorrow (the garage attached to Koldus)? Is the visitor/hourly parking only accessible from Houston? The Throckmorton entrance looks like it might not be visitor/hourly on Google maps. Thanks in advance.

UCG is available for Ring Day hourly parking on Friday until 3pm. It will then be $10 parking. You can enter on Throckmorton and still pay hourly parking until 3pm.
