I'm flying my parents down to the RGV for a visit in August. We are spending a few days on SPI and I am looking for a half day fishing charter (deep sea if possible) for me and my dad. Any recommendations? What I found online is hit or miss so far.

Look up Bryan Ray. He has been fishing down there for 50 years or so. If he is still chartering there is nobody better.
