Any recommendations on someone in Rockport who will change smoke detector batteries? We have taller ceilings than I'm comfortable with.

Howdy TNAg99: Also here in Rockport. This is not really an answer to your question, just to say we understand your predicament. Retired here in 2013 at 65, peak of health for us both, or so we thought. Now at an older and a bit more fragile find things like 20 foot high ceiling are great until you need to replace a can light. No way either of us are going to be up that high. We have found Custom Electric here in Rockport, Pete and Adan, to be our saviors about electrical stuff. Very nice, super competent! It is unfortunate that for little things like a smoke detector you have to call an electrician, wonderful getting older (NOT, but beat the alternative)!
