This started out with just a little crease that developed, but over last couple months it's getting worse. Just wondered if it's easily fixable.

Usually, it is easy. You should be able to order a replacement cover. Then you'll need to see how easy it is to remove the old one and pop the new one on.

It's much easier if you're able to remove the whole door and work on it outside of the car. Also, then, if you run into trouble, you can usually take it into a Upholstery shop and they can finish it quickly.

Yeah unfortunately that's the first thing that I looked for was a replacement cover. My year model doesn't have anything cheaper than about $300 and I really don't want to pay that. That's why I was wondering if there was something I could do for the leather to get it to go back to normal easily enough. Also did think about taking it to an upholstery shop figuring that they could probably do it but wasn't sure if the cost.

Try going over it lightly with a heat gun and pressing it down with something flat with a little weight behind it.
