Looking to see what everyone uses to watch the games. I've had HuluLive in the past but it's so expensive. Thanks in advance.

I mostly watch live games on broadcast television networks. I also have Sling Combo, which includes ESPN, ESPN2, and ESPN 3, but not ESPNU, ESPN+, or SEC network. If a Texas A&M game is not on any of these networks, I will just stream it on YouTube.

My experience with YouTubeTV has been pretty good.

I wouldn't say it's cheap, but since I only keep it for football season, it averages something I can stomach.

We did our research and discovered SEC Network is the only channel that you cannot get without an expensive streaming or cable package.

Paramount plus gives live CBS
Hulu/disney package gets your espn and abc

Ultimately we settled for youtubetv, which we have paused until football kicks off.

I like Hulu or YouTubeTV. Hulu including ESPN+ gets ton more games of all sports.

Question along the same lines. What is the best source to watch a 15 minute recap of the game after it is over?

There's usually a youtube video up by the next day. I think by a guy name woodlands Aggie.

Not sure if he does College Football but there is a YouTuber called Wheels who does an excellent job of doing highlight reels of college baseball games.

I was telling my wife that I may not watch the games live this year but listen to them over the radio and then watch the no huddle breakdown a couple days later from Woodlands Aggie. Going to see if I can resist the extra $70/mo only to end up disappointed like most seasons.

So much work to avoid $70-100 a month. Just detox and quit watching sports.

ESPN is starting a streaming service (probably in late August) with just the ESPN channels plus ABC plus ESPN+ for $30 per month.

For the Notre Dame game, you will want an antenna or one month of Peacock.

Streaming has gotten expensive. It's really not much better than cable at least cost wise.

I like YouTubeTV because it has a feature where you can watch four games on one screen. You just click left/right up/down on whichever game isn't in a commercial break to get the sound.

For me Spectrum cable box. I can watch my primary game, when it goes to commercial and with one click be watching a different game. $$$ but with as much sports as I watch worth it to me.

Another article from this morning on the ESPN service, pretty much says the same.

If you don't know about SuperBox- do yourself a favor and get one.

I dated a girl for a bit with a Super Box once, wasn't able to get much else done.

Timing is interesting. I wonder if the New ESPN service will include the NFL Network.

This Fall, Fox Sports is also going to have a standalone service.

Last Fall, there was the Bundle lawsuit, but there are now going to be quite a few companies that are part of Sports-centric Bundles.

Comcast
Hulu + FUBO
Directv streaming

I am sure there are ways of adding/dropping various services, but YTTV will likely be the simpliest and will likely provide some multi-screen views.

Not having to switch between apps is worth something.

Secret spoiler: You will be disappointed with the on field results, however much or little you spend

To see all Aggie and any other games, it is YouTube TV. The interface is easy to use and intuitive. Split screen and multi screen options are included and handy for monitoring other games of interest when the Ags start to $ hit the bed.
