$300 obo picked up in College Station.
  • 55 gal drum smoker I built ~3 years ago.
  • High temp 'tiffany blue' paint
  • I've fire sealed and gasketed every opening. No smoke leakage at all.
  • This dude will hold steady temps for 10+ hrs. It'll run 15+ hrs w/ a full charcoal bucket.
  • Comes with drum & lid, primary grate, 4 locking casters, and charcoal bucket.
  • I have 2 gasketed probe openings to track smoker and meat temps.
  • I also have a stainless hinge for the lid that I never bothered installing. It'll go with the smoker if you want it.
  • This does NOT come with the fireboard fan or controller for this price. I'm using them for my next smoker build.
I've figured out over the years how to make GREAT brisket and ribs with this guy, great bark, etc. and I'm happy to pass on my tips & tricks & lessons. I've never seen my drum smoking process on Youtube or anywhere else.

I cleaned it up a few weeks ago and it's ready to go to a new home today. It's very lightweight and easy to move. Call or text me at 832-341-2452 if interested or with any questions. Thanks and gig 'em.

What comtroller/fan do you use? Actually keenly interested. If I didn't have vehicle maintenance programmed early next week, I would drive over. I assume it's a food grade barrel?

How did you find high temp paint in that color?
