Last spring I bought a rent house that didn't lease for the fall. I did some clean up and fix up work on the house and outfitted one bedroom for short term rental. In the end, I decided to use it myself for a few football weekends and made it available for rent after tu game. I've had 3 weekend rentals so far and I have some people coming in for graduation. Perfect for anyone with new Aggies coming to town to set up shop or anyone moving out of a dorm. Available at the end of summer for move. I also have basic kitchen stuff, rugs, towels, tables, stools and TV that I'm looking to move as well.
