I agree. If you are selling something that you no longer can use because apparently of some fine print, don't you think you should inform any possible buyers??

Guessing op thought he would get his money back from a purchase that didn't work out, but he didn't read the fine print and is stuck with a store credit to a store he doesn't buy from. Just a guess.
