My experience is, they are going to have to be separated in order to get to quit chasing whatever. They have been together and playing, wrestling, chasing each other and taking that "fun" to the next level.
Separation, especially if placed with an older, dominant dog, might give them a chance to become useful livestock guardian dogs, or safe and useful pets.
