What size wheels?

Need a bigger "mountain" type bike for my oldest daughter who is 12, but she's on the petite side.

I think 20 in? Tires have a label sticker 20in X 1.5. Measuring edge to edge of tire, it's about 21 in diameter. My average height son rode it until he was 11ish, although granted it was looking small for him by then.

Anyway, just kind of want this gone - so OBO is very OBO... as in free to an Ag who can make use of it.
