I am so excited for the Women's National soccer team. I know Ireland doesn't have the greatest team but the US team dominated them 4-0 in each game. We changed a bunch of starters from the other game and it didn't make much difference. They are all so young and have such a bright future. It reminds me of when Mia Hamm and company dominated world soccer.The competition is a lot better now than it was in the 90s so we will see what happens, but they are looking great. They already won the gold at the Paris Olympics and I look forward to seeing them winning the World Cup. I know the men's team has won three in a row, but if this coach doesn't pan out, maybe we should look at Emma Hayes to coach both teams.

I'm certainly glad Europe finally figured out that women can play futbol…and glad we helped them with that mysterious understanding that eluded them for so long!!!
