Hard to find anything positive with this team the last 2 months. Truly can't think of one consistent positive since post-dodgers series

This offense is horrendous. A 3 run deficit is insurmountable based on recent results.

If I wake up tomorrow morning only to find that our hitting coaches are still employed, I think I'm going to go and find me a cliff.

So this is what it feels like to a JAG team. That's what we are, just a run of the mill boring ass average club.

It was going to happen; I just wasn't prepared for it to be in the form of a mid season collapse.

It's been a helluva run.

We sure the checks we are giving our guys are clearing?

They ran a train on a fatty in Baltimore and the effect lasted for 3 games. That's about it.

Rangers are going to win the division, so we won't have to worry about this happening.

This team is cruising toward the low point of the '97 team, which won the NL Central at 84-78.

Pittsburgh finished second at 79-83. Even still, we didnt clinch the division until the Game 159.

Played the 101-61 Braves in the first round, they had 15-12 Smoltz, 14-7 Glavine, 20-5 Denny Neagle, and 19-4 Maddux - also Javy Lopez Fred McGriff, Ryan Klesko, Kenny Lofton, Chipper Jones, and 20-year-old Andruw Jones.

I still find it remarkable that the Astros scored a run in that series, got outscored 19-5.

I'd be pretty annoyed if I was cheering for a team that continued to insist on pitching to yordan. He's the only player on the team with a pulse. Just walk him and you could have saved 7 pitches.

At least the seamen are making a game out of it. Score is now 9-4 TB.

Carlos came back hot but cooled off quickly. This is what he was with the twins

We all say "the last 2 months" but the reality is June and the first week of July were the anomaly. The rest of the season wasn't much better than this. We are living on a 5 week hit streak where AAA scrubs carried the team.

Exactly. Somewhere along the way our coaches have told these guys to stop with the launch angle because not one single player on the team swings with any.

Just wait until we get some of the starting pitchers and Yordan back.

At least that's what I heard about a month ago would fix it
