1 bedroom has full size kitchen, w/d, fireplace and balcony along with 2 bathroom sink areas and soaking tub with separate shower.

Get one or get both for a larger party ( 4 max in each, or 8 with both)

Grand Lodge is a fantastic resort right on the mountain with easy access to trails, downtown Breck, and the gondola over to peak 8 for the Breck summer adventure park.

The Grand Lodge amenity list is not lacking:
*Multiple hot tubs and heated pools, indoors and out (one pool is in and out), with a slide for kids and kids pool/splash area for little ones.

*Movie theater rooms available for private use with 100s of movies.

Every week they have a list of activities going on at the property like wine tastings, smores by the fire pit, trivia night, live music in lobby, stuff for kids, etc. They can assist with bike rentals and other extra fee summer activities as well.

I may not be able to read, do you have 2 one bedroom condos available? Does each only sleep 4? How would I find out what rate you're offering? Looking to head to that area mid July. Thanks, looks like a cool place.

yes it's two different sized condos, available separately or combine for larger parties. Each is max 4 occupancy.

The smaller 'suite' still has a private bedroom, a kitchenette and sleeper sofa. Typical hotel style bathroom.

The larger '1 bedroom master' also has a private bedroom , but has a full size kitchen with peninsula and table. Larger living area with sleeper sofa, a Washer/dryer, fireplace and balcony.
It has a Large two-room bathroom with sink, toilet and stand up shower accessed from living area, plus a double sink and soaker tub accessed from bedroom, and the two 'bathrooms' connect jack and jill style.

Suite goes for $2k, the master is $2600.

sorry, no winter holidays and spring break are very difficult for me to get, since most people with timeshares in those time periods generally use it.

I just checked my location and several others in CO ski areas, and none are available for that week. Spring is def. harder for me to get.

Wife and I are trying to decide where to go for our "Babymoon" and Breck is on the list. We aren't able to get away from work for the entire week though. We're looking at somewhere in the week of Aug 9-16. What is the TexAgs rate for that if it's available?

A suite is available.

How many days were you thinking of staying, and which days? Published rate for that week is $1855 after taxes/fees. I would do 25% off, or about $1400.

Even if you stay just 4 or 5 nights, that might still be a pretty good deal for you. For reference, the gaylord rockies for that week would be $3850.

Gotta be the whole week, not just a Saturday thru Monday?

I can split it, but unless I could potentially use the other days, or find someone else to use the other days, I'm not making the revenue to justify it.
Unless you're willing to pay the whole week if that's still a deal for you. How much are you willing to pay for 3 days?
