Is anyone traveling and impacted by the storm?

I know a lot of flights have been canceled today/tomorrow, and not just due to the storms in Texas.

I know a Royal Caribbean cruise came back a day early due to the weather.

Luckily my clients who were cruising today went down last night (but wouldn't have needed to now). My next client has an 8AM flight on Monday AM - so really hoping it stays above freezing long enough for things to thaw out. Luckily it looks like it is trending in a higher temp direction.

Hopefully no one is being impacted, and if so, it is minor.

I have several clients that were coming back into Texas that we modified flights as well as several clients flying out of DFW on Sunday that I've modified .

Weeks like these I'm glad my clients have me and travel protection as they don't stress over changes as we have it handled

Had one client in Cancun with a cancelled flight to DFW but we were able to reschedule earlier in the day and got him home.

Have a honeymoon couple leaving for Japan Monday afternoon but the temps will be back up by then.

Flight to Frankfurt out of IAH on Sunday afternoon was cancelled Friday afternoon. Quite a bit earlier than I expected

Luckily my honeymoon clients are already at the airport Marriott - so that is a win. Flight is tomorrow at 8AM.

Their plane path:

1) SFO to MSY (New Orleans) - currently in flight UPDATE: Landed

2) MSY to SFO - Scheduled to leave NO at 2:44PM. This is the leg that makes me the most nervous. NO isn't freezing but there is a bad storm/rain going through, although it does look like it should push through by that time. UPDATE: Departed on time

3) SFO-LAS - no worries

4) LAS-IAH - mildly worried since it is supposed to land at IAH at 6AM. Houston does show to get a little above freezing today, and not much of a chance for any more precipitation, so I'm hopeful there won't be issues. The road maps didn't look bad in Houston.

My cousin is in Bora Bora and is staying an extra 4 days. Not a bad place to be holed up with a new bride.
