If you are staying up at the ski area near a shuttle bus stop, it will be way easier to just ride the free shuttle down into town for dinner/shopping. Finding a place to park down in town is not always easy. Very convenient and easy shuttle ride and most of the best dining options are down in town. We were last there the week before Covid shut everything down, so I have no idea what restaurants did or didn't survive.

We go every year and absolutely love it. Everything in Crested Butte and Mount Crested Butte is great. We did dog sledding with Cosmic Cruisers last year (or maybe '24). It was super cool, and probably the most photogenic thing we did.

Be sure to make it to Secret Stash (even the takeout is amazing) and Slogar.

Yeah, its me and the wife and we caught an amazing last minute deal in the resort. Empty nest and an Epic pass for the win.

Most of the stuff we ski together will be open and groomed.

Prayers sent, but we'll take what we get.

I second Secret Stash. Really good pizza and the downstairs bar vibe is excellent for pre-dinner cocktails.
