I recently booked a flight out of Bush to Baltimore and I sear in small print it stated I needed a passport.

Why? Is the driver license not valid?

Bush is IAH, not HOU. Maybe the fine print recommended a passport if you don't have a REAL ID. What airline?

I meant Houston & IAH Bush. United airline/Frontier out to Baltimore.

Driver's license (with Real ID) is all you need unless traveling internationally.

Are you an illegal? Er... "Undocumented" j/k

I just took a trip on United and saw something about if you're willing to upload your passport they offer some sort of benefit like facial recognition.

Uploading the passport opens up touchless precheck if you have precheck.

I will say, that made going through Customs at DFW last week super easy. I have Global Entry. From the time I entered the Global Entry line, to clearing customs was about 10 seconds. I never stopped walking. The cameras take my photo, when I get to the front of the line, the customs agent looked up and said "Mr. Y", you're good to go.

Same experience when I came back from Medellin in February at IAH - without Global Entry.

Just kind of did a short pause, looked at the camera and kept on moving.
