Need some help here.

Plains Marketing has stopped paying royalty owners for oil production and has put that responsibility on the operator. Being a small operator and this being a side business I really don't have the time to write 58 checks to our royalty owners and deal with severance taxes with the state.

My question is if there is a service out there that I can hire to handle this for me?

Find another purchaser who will. Is the production on truck or pipe? What area?

Maybe check with folks like Mineral Answers, Tipping Mineral Management, Whitley Penn Mineral Mgmt group, Mineral Management, Valor O&G, PointFlow and bigger organizations like EnergyLink (haven't heard good things tho), Opportune.
