I bet LSU might be a destination for some of these. I could see McGill being a fit there and of course O'Neal is connected through her dad.

Makes a lot of sense. A lot of girls don't want to leave the SEC, there's been a lot of in conference transferring and it weakens other teams.

I can see McGill there or even replacing the South Carolina guards… unless Florida gets a big time coach

Was just looking at that spending graphic. I'm sure that played a big role in Curry deciding to leave. She did a great job considering they were last in WBB spending.

Speaking of Curry, looks like she didn't go to Northwestern after all. I think this is a better fit for her anyway. I read that she never got good support from the Alabama community in terms of attendance despite turning out winning teams. Then there's that whole spending thing referenced above. Good for her. Hope it works out.

What a great intro video for Kristy Curry. I bet she's excited to be somewhere that values WBB as opposed to Bama where it seemed to be an afterthought. I got to know her when she was an assistant on Candi Harvey's staff here at A&M. Really great person! Hope she does well!

Why haven't we fired & hired a new coach yet? Sips on the verge of winning a title, and we're stuck with a terrible coach who's had more than enough time and proven to be an awful recruiter.

He likely is not going to do it to fire a women's basketball coach. Believe we have spent a little more than this on getting rid of other coaches.

Moreover A&M went from awful last season to 1st four out from making the Dance this season and has a Top 25 recruiting class coming in.

The time to fire her would have been last year. Probably pretty easy for Trev to justify seeing if the late season turnaround carries over into next season.

You were right. I didn't know anything about her but I will say her body language when I watched her coach in the tourney was very poor….lots of eye rolls and smirks when the refs would call both coaches together to explain something. Happy for those players that they don't have to play for an abusive coach. Good riddance!

I really wanted Joni to succeed but she has been a terrible failure! I used to love watching our women's basketball team, but now I won't even take a chance of turning it on. Hopefully, our AG will wake up and get us a good coach who can get us going in the right direction. All of these coaches and players going into the portal, ABSOLUTELY no one of any value will consider coming to A&M under our current coaching staff. AG, get off your A- - and get us a good coach! PLEASE!!!
