That would be interesting. And I do believe that if you spread NIL thin over the entire athletics department there is an awesome opportunity to be bad at everything.

Worse than that is our facilities have been upgraded pretty much everywhere but Reed that supports one notional money sport plus women's basketball, and volleyball. Reed might have minor bonds left and the basketball annex might have more left to pay off. I am uncertain how much even ancillary revenue flows to those bonds, but generally one imagines seeking to bring in revenue to retire bonds in related events at facilities the bonds funded construction on.

So strategically sacrificing a sport by underfunding NIL could cause some cascading on bond payoff. Interesting facet of NIL…
