I am in the process of designing a 25,000sf PEMB project near the I-10/610 corridor. The building would be conditioned space with demising walls and overhead doors. Sitework would include underground detention.
My partner and I are looking for a quality GC that would be interested in a job this size. The GC we've used in the past has grown in size and moved to larger tilt wall industrial projects.
Any recommendations would be appreciated.
