Looking for a recommended engineer to look at our attic and roof to potentially vault our living room ceiling.

We have a contractor starting the remodel to the cosmetic items we are doing in the house, but he said we need to get an engineers opinion for the ceiling vault.

Oak Forest area.

I was surprised too, doesnt give me much confidence in him performing that job. Most likely pivot to someone else.
