Reported as a cut above his eye that bled quite a bit. Wonder if he hit his head on the floor or like a knee? It wasn't clear at the game
Hand from the defender trying to block the shot. It was clear on slow mo replay. Reason for the flagrant 1.
Would he have hit him hard enough to maybe cause concussion symptoms? They didn't show any replay at the game unfortunately
I wouldn't say that was impossible but I wouldn't think so.
I doubt it was a concussion but possible, I think it's much more likely that the bleeding was hard to stop and required a specialist.
Bucky mentioned an opthalmalogist. You don't need that for a cut over the eye, right?
You might if the cut is very near the eye? Maybe it was bleeding too much to know whether the actual eye itself was impacted and that's why they brought in the specialist. Could be a few different things that aren't too bad, so hopefully it's one of those.

My kid had a gash near the eye and they called an ophthalmologist to make sure the eye wasn't damaged before they did stitches. I think it's just standard procedure.
That makes me feel better.
We got eye patch Rev and now eye patch Agee (#12). He is fully embracing the A&M experience.

I had the same thing happen as well. Hopefully just a cut and everything is ok.
