Any advice on a ranking system for NCAA pickem?

Basically 8 guys get together and draft 8 teams. If your team wins, you get the teams seed in points, in round 2 your get seed x2, and so on.

I currently used ESPN's BPI % of winning each round to get implied points. Does anyone have a sheet or ranking I can compare to?
