A screen shot of the premium board to ask the free board if anyone knows anything is peak TexAgs-ing IMO

I mentioned that on the premium thread, seems wild that that would somehow leak out that way but not any other way

Battle 4 Atlantis

Memphis will take part in the Battle 4 Atlantis in the Bahamas in November...
Specific dates have not yet been set, although the event is typically held over three days during the week of Thanksgiving. It is also unclear what other teams will make up the eight-team field, but Hardaway indicated Penn State and Wake Forest will also be part of it.

Why did you lie.

The way I reading how Battle 4 Atlantis will work this year is that there will be 8 teams there at the same time, but what it really is is two 4-team pods. And then you will have a schedule playing they 3 other teams in your pod. There will not be any TBD opponents during the tournament.
Pod A - Texas A&M, Virginia, Marquette, TBD
Pod B - Memphis, Penn State, Wake Forest, Xavier
We know the TBD will not be another SEC, ACC, or Big East team. That leaves the Big 10, American, Big 12, A-10, West Coast, etc. for the TBD in our pod.

Teams from the same conference…
Kind of an unexpected byproduct of making these giant conferences is it messed these things up pretty bad.

Think you have to get a waiver to do that, but I dunno, my guess is coaches just don't want to do it. That's the only explanation I have. Other than maybe just knowing who they're going to play ahead of time.
