Brown received a visit from A&M track and field coach Vince Anderson on Saturday, but it was also the day his father arrived home from the hospital almost a year after suffering a stroke. Brown has been on the road for most of the summer between track and competing at The Opening in Oregon. Now that he’s back home he’s completely focused on competing in the track junior national championships later next month.
