“By rule — now, this is an NCAA rule — by NCAA rule, every targeting foul will be reviewed. That’s assuming that you have instant replay. So, we have a targeting foul called on the field, it is reviewed in the instant replay booth. Whatever the outcome of that review is, is binding. There’s no appeal to the conference. It is done.
