Mississippi State at Auburn
This is a big game for Misssissippi State and coach Dan Mullen. It’s bigger for them than for Gus Malzhan and Auburn. Why? Malzhan has time to build and Mullen’s been at it. Mississippi State needs a win to establish confidence and momentum as it enters conference play. But I have concerns about the Bulldogs.

Most football games are won or lost on third down.
